Linda Goff, author of The Skinny Budget Diet, will appear on The Christian Broadcasting Network’s flagship program, The 700 Club on Tuesday, January 8, 2013.

At 300 pounds Goff resigned herself to the idea that she would always be fat. She was one of the emotionally and financially damaged Americans who collectively spend more than $40 billion every year on weight-loss programs.

After losing more than 150 pounds with no surgery or pricey diet scheme, Goff detailed her wallet-friendly weight-loss journey in The Skinny Budget Diet. This book gives readers the tools needed to be successful without buying an expensive program or signing a contract.

“I hid from the truth all around me because of fear and ignorance,” says Goff. “It put pounds on my body and added weight to my debt.”

Linda Goff was selected by Prevention magazine and the syndicated television show The Doctors as a finalist in their Picture of Health contest. Her photo and story appeared in the May 2010 magazine. Joey Bonifacio presented to US market

Lake Mary, FL—Charisma Media launches Philippines-based author Joey Bonifacio's latest teaching on the power of connecting to God and one another in The LEGO Principle.

'Harbinger' Author on Glenn Beck Show

Jonathan Cahn, New York Times best-selling author of The Harbinger (FrontLine), was a featured guest on The Glenn Beck Show on June 26 and 27, 2012.

Cahn discussed the book and its striking similarities to current events as well as why Americans need to turn back to God.

Subtitled “The Ancient Mystery That Holds the Secret of America’s Future,” The Harbinger is published by FrontLine, an imprint of Charisma House. The book traces a series of detailed parallels between what has happened in the United States since the 2001 terrorist attacks—including the economic collapse—and Israel’s history after it turned away from God. Told in a fictional narrative, the book unfolds how nine signs concealed in recent events reveal God’s progressive judgment.

Prior to inviting Cahn as a guest on the show, Beck reviewed The Harbinger on both his radio and television programs and said it was “incredible and the essence of the truth.”

Released Jan. 3, the book has sold more than 415,000 copies, gone to reprint over eight times, and hovered on Amazon’s top 100 best-seller list for several months. Jillian Kent Wins Writing Award

Wisconsin Romance Writers of America have awarded Realms author Jillian Kent with 1st place in the Write Touch Readers' Award Contest.

Kent's novel, Secrets of the Heart, Book One in The Ravensmoore Chronicles, was awarded 1st place in the contest's Inspirational/Traditional category.

Placing behind Kent in the category were 2nd Place - Lawman-in-Charge by Laura Scott, 3rd Place (tie) - Proof of Life by Laura Scott, and 3rd Place (tie) - Tuesday's Child by Janice Hildreth.

Kent's second novel, Chameleon, Book Two in The Ravensmoore Chronicles was released on May 15, 2012. This is Kent's first published writing award.
